A free service that provdes safe rides for UMN students to campus and nearby areas (see map to the right)
Operates 8pm-1am 7 days a week, except University holidays, winter break, spring break

A free service that will walk with you to and from campus locations and nearby adjacent locations
Available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
Call 612-624-WALK (612-624-9255) 15-30 minutes before you want to leave.
Available for any student, staff, faculty, or visitor to the University of Minnesota may use this service.
Provides a 'virtual escort' when traveling
In the app, enter the location you are going,the time you expect it will take to arrive, and the people you wish to be able to monitor your travel.
Once you arrive at your destination, deactivate your timer.
If you don't arrive in the estimated time, your selected guardians (set in the app) and UMN Public Safety will be alerted.
Your location is available to the guardians while you are traveling; Public Safety gains access to your location only if your timer expires.
